University of Montpellier has participated in the dissemination of the COMPASS aims and results as follows. The COMPASS project was presented at the annual educational days of the CNFM (Centre National de Formation en Microélectronique, National Center for Microelectronics Training) in November 2016 (http://jpcnfm2016.cnfm.fr/jpcnfm2016/index.html).
The presentation took place in a special session dedicated to Educational Initiatives – pedagogical evolutions, called “Motivation, Compétences et Parcours” (Motivation, Competences and Pathways) http://jpcnfm2016.cnfm.fr/jpcnfm2016/Program.pdf.
During the session, a presentation of the project was given, videos of students interviewed about competences and pathways were shown, and an open interactive discussion related to learning opportunities (LO) publication was led. The need of a platform for LO publication was obvious to all the participants and a warm welcome was made to the project.
